Our venue is known for its breathtaking panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a spectacular backdrop of the South Island and the rugged coastline. Whether it’s a sunlit afternoon or a starlit evening, the view alone makes every gathering feel special. Just a short and scenic 15-minute drive from Wellington’s city centre along one of the most picturesque coastal routes in the region, The Pines is an ideal location for all types of private and public events. The Pines is a beautiful facility spanning two main areas for hire
Rooms and Facilities Our main building is a spectacular indoor-outdoor venue, offering seating for up to 150 guests. It’s perfect for weddings, celebrations, and larger events. The main area includes a fully licensed bar and catering to meet your needs. The Chapel is a purpose-built, intimate setting featuring a steep pitched roof and floor-to-ceiling glass that showcases the beautiful surroundings. It seats up to 100 guests in a theatre-style layout and is ideal for weddings, ceremonies, and smaller community events. Both venues offer disabled access and accessible toilets for guest convenience. Parking We have limited car parking available on-site, with 38 spaces and 2 designated disabled parks. Do we have cell phone reception and internet? While there is limited mobile reception in the area, we offer free guest Wi-Fi to help you stay connected. |
